Welcome to Mearns Detailers. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to keep everything clear and fair for both parties.

1) Bookings & Access

  • Appointments are confirmed once we have agreed a date/time via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Customer must provide safe access to the vehicle and adequate space for us to work.
  • Please remove personal items from the vehicle before we arrive.

2) Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather or safety concerns.

3) Condition of Vehicle

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (pet hair, mould, sand, excessive tar) may require additional time and charges.
  • We will always seek your approval before carrying out work that alters the quoted price.

4) Liability & Limits

  • We carry out services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for pre-existing defects or damage.
  • Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of service with photos where possible.

5) Payments

  • Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash and common electronic payment methods.

6) Photos & Marketing

  • We may take before/after photos for records and marketing. Let us know in advance if you’d prefer we didn’t.

7) Warranties

  • Sealant/coating durability depends on maintenance, usage and storage. We’ll provide aftercare guidance.
